How long does shipping take?
Orders will ship within 1-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) via USPS first class (2-4 days to deliver). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship within the US. We hope to in the future be able to ship anywhere and everywhere in the world!
What is your return policy?
Due to the fact that each item is made to order, all sales are final. If for some reason, you are dissatisfied with your order please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
How do I care for my bows?
Please only spot clean or hand-wash and lay flat to dry. Each headwrap is hand-tied and may come undone in the washer or dryer.
What if my headwrap comes undone?
I will gladly retie it but you must cover shipping costs.
